As promised, LinkedIn sets IndexTank source free

We promised to do this when LinkedIn acquired IndexTank Both [engine](https://github.com/linkedin/indextank-engine) and [service](https://github.com/linkedin/indextank-service) are available under the company’s [GitHub profile](http://github.com/linkedin). There is also an [IndexTank LinkedIn group](http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=4224441).
